Using Outloop

These Terms govern use of Outloop at outloop-ai.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use your workspace only as permitted by your role. You are responsible for activity under your account and for authorizing users and connected services. Notify us promptly through our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

Outreach and acceptable use

You are responsible for the contacts, content, instructions, and recipients you submit, and for reviewing and approving messages before they are sent. You must follow applicable marketing, privacy, anti-spam, and consumer-protection laws, respect opt-outs, and obtain any consent required for your outreach. You may not use Outloop to send deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized messages, interfere with the service, or access accounts or data without permission.

Connected mailbox providers may impose their own conditions and limits. You must comply with those conditions. Outloop may pause activity to protect users, providers, and the service.

Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Outloop a limited permission to process that content solely to deliver and secure the service and the features you select. You confirm that you have the right to provide it. Connecting Gmail or another provider grants only the access shown during that provider’s authorization flow. You may revoke that connection.

AI-generated information

AI-generated drafts and research may contain errors or outdated information. Review sources, recipients, factual claims, and messages before using them. Outloop does not guarantee that a suggested lead, source, or draft is complete, accurate, or suitable for your particular purpose.

Plans, charges, and cancellation

Any paid plan’s price, billing period, and included features are displayed when you subscribe. If you purchase a plan, you authorize the stated charges and applicable taxes. You may cancel future renewal through the available account or billing controls, or contact us for assistance. Our Refund Policy explains how we handle refund requests.

Availability and changes

We may update features, security controls, and these Terms as the product evolves. We will publish revised Terms and provide additional notice when appropriate. We may suspend access for security threats, misuse, nonpayment, or legal requirements. If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

Limitations and legal rights

Outloop is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and specific business results are not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Any dispute or claim is subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights available in your jurisdiction.
